Problem Statement

Given $L<R$ and integer $x$, determine whether $x$ is in the half-open interval $[L,R)$: $L$ is included and $R$ is excluded.

Input

One line containing integers $L,R,x$.

Output

Print IN if $L\le x<R$; otherwise print OUT.

Subtasks

• Subtask 1 (20 points): $-20\le L,R\le 20$, $-20\le x\le 20$; $L<R$.
• Subtask 2 (30 points): $-1000\le L,R\le 1000$, $-2000\le x\le 2000$; $L<R$.
• Subtask 3 (50 points): $-1000000000\le L,R\le 1000000000$, $-1000000000\le x\le 1000000000$; $L<R$.

Explanation
