Problem Statement

A watermelon weighs $w$ kilograms. It must be split into exactly two parts of positive integer weights such that both parts have even weights. The parts do not need to be equal. Determine whether such a split is possible.

Input

A single line contains an integer $w$ with $1\le w\le100$.

Output

Print YES if the required split is possible; otherwise print NO.

Subtasks

• Subtask 1 (20 points): $1\le w\le 20$.
• Subtask 2 (30 points): $1\le w\le 60$.
• Subtask 3 (50 points): $1\le w\le 100$.
