Problem Statement

Given one ASCII Latin letter, determine whether it is A, E, I, O or U, ignoring letter case. Y and all consonants are not vowels under this problem definition.

Input

One ASCII Latin letter c in A–Z or a–z.

Output

Print VOWEL for A/E/I/O/U in either case; print OTHER otherwise.

Subtasks

• Subtask 1 (20%): c is one of A, E, I, O and U.
• Subtask 2 (30%): c is an uppercase ASCII letter A–Z.
• Subtask 3 (50%): c is an uppercase or lowercase ASCII Latin letter.
