Problem

Given an integer array with logical size $n\ge1$:

Delete the first element $a_0$.

The new logical size is

If $n'>0$, the result $b$ satisfies

Print the new logical size and the remaining elements.

Input

The first line contains integer $n$. The second line contains $n$ integers $a_0,a_1,\ldots,a_{n-1}$.

Output

Print $n-1$ on the first line. If $n-1>0$, print the remaining elements in order on the second line.

Subtask

Subtask 1 (100 points): $1\le n\le2\cdot10^5$; $|a_i|\le10^9$.

Explanation

The element $5=a_0$ is deleted. The remaining three elements shift one position left, so the logical size decreases from 4 to 3.
